Our unique and innovative hay beer. Called sour wildness – wild thoughts, sour beer.

MARK Hø is a brand new type of beer brewed with hay instead of hops. It has a sour and fruity taste, as it is wild fermented on hay – but it has no bitterness from the hops.
The Mark series is terroir – our agriculture, our life and our culture. Brewed exclusively with ingredients from Herslev, and thus a beer that tastes of Herslev.

MARK Hø smells of fresh hay, rhubarb and fresh fruits, and the taste is quite distinctive, somewhere between beer, cider and wine.
