Wheat Wine 2020

Wheat Wine 2020 from Herslev Bryghus combines the intensity of traditional grain “wines” such as Barley Wine, with the characteristic silky smooth character of a good wheat beer. With the pleasant mildness of Perle hops, this is a strong brew, with a relatively low bitterness, that explores the rich, full-bodied and fruity taste of wheat, which only gets rounder with age. A golden and creamy beer, brewed with our organic malt, which with its purity of taste can easily be enjoyed 'on its own' - or with no-nonsense dishes such as sourdough bread with quality charcuterie.
