Join us for a merry winter at the brewery! There are lots of reasons to stop by:
Beer tasting with one of our brewers
Our brewer will guide you around the production so you can learn the benefits of spent grain, the meaning of the word “wort”, and how we develop the flavours, from the barley field to finished beer — and you get to taste the results, of course!
Friday, Saturday and Sunday it’s brunch time. We prepare the classics, like yoghurt, cheese, sausage, bread and pancakes — with a twist: We pour beer in the pancake batter and serve it with homemade beer-sirup, we bake the bread with flour from the fields right outside the windows, and we’ve whipped malt into the butter.
Every second Wednesday (odd weeks) we serve family-style dinner in the farm shop: enjoy an informal evening with family, friends or new faces, while we serve a solid meal at the long tables. Meals could be hearty stews or soups, we always find the best things in season. And afterwards, why not hang around for a beer and a boardgame.
Every second Wednesday (even weeks) we up the dinner ambition a bit, and serve two courses: main course and a sweet dessert with the ingredients that inspire us; be it winter apples or Friis-Holm’s amazing chocolate.
3-course weekend dinner
For lunch in the weekends we make three courses. It’s usually a green starter, a main with meat and we finish with cheeses or a sweet dessert. We pick beers that suit the food, and you can add the beer menu on arrival — or choose your own favourites from the shelves.
Yes: Beer and yoga commingled. Take the beer in your hand, balance it on your head, let it slowly seep into your bloodstream, all the while doing yoga. You are guaranteed a sweaty forehead and a laugh with our in-house instructor, and after the yoga there’ll be the chance to buy a charcuterie lunch — and more beers!
