Shared dining at the farm brewery – always organic and homemade food.

At Herslev we eat together once a month. The food is served at approx. 6:30 p.m. and you are welcome from 4:00 p.m.

The focus is on coziness and community – this means that you may have to ask your neighbor to hand you the bread, and you may also want to pay attention to whether everyone at the table has gotten what they wanted.

We do not make table plans in advance, but place you at the tables upon arrival.

A hearty homemade weekday meal and fresh beers will be served - it should taste of the Fjordlandet and community!

We have 16 different fresh draft beers on tap, several in the fridge and we also have delicious juices and sodas.

Beer, coffee and sweets can be purchased on the day.

Friday, February 7th

Traditionally, there is a Friday bar on the first Friday of the month. We hope you'll stop by. This Friday, soft yarn and high foam are guaranteed!

If you lack inspiration, have unfinished knitting projects or are just a yarn lover - then come and join us. Yarn is not a requirement for entry.

It is possible to buy the dish of the day, which is served at approximately 6:00 p.m. Remember to book a table if you want to eat with us. We serve confit green peas, mint yogurt,
grilled cauliflower, winter salad and sourdough bread (175,-).

Mumm Gastronomi & Event har taget imod Herslev Bryghus' invitation og skabt en unik Pop-Up oplevelse med social dining i det stemningsfulde spisehus.

Vi har sammensat en lækker menu, hvor vi kombinerer fine dinning med Herslevs øl:

• Tilkøb af ølmenu, nøje udvalgt til retterne 200,-

Tirsdag d. 18 februar

Fluebindehygge på Bryghuset – med Gordon P. Henriksen

Den 18. februar kl 18 – 21 byder Gordon Henriksen & Herslev Bryghus velkommen til

”Fluebindingsaften i samarbejde med Fishing Zealand og ROLK”

Det er oplagt at tage på en fisketur i fjorden og slutte af på Bryghuset, når solen går ned og fiskeriet slutter, til lidt god øl, god mad og en masse fluebindehygge.

Vi starter med en lille introduktion fra Gordon om glæderne ved fluebinding - en hobby i hobbyen, og hvorfor det at fange en fisk på en hjemmebundet flue intensiverer fiskeoplevelserne tifold.

Bryghusets køkken vil lave en lækker strandkrabberisotto, lavet på deres Asparges Hvedeøl. Det er en opskrift udviklet af Gordon, som ikke bare smager pivhamrende godt, men også giver så meget mening i forhold til naturforvaltning. Strandkrabberne stortrives i fjorden og har flere negative konsekvenser for fiskebestandene. Det vil Gordon sætte lidt flere ord på når retten serveres.

Herefter er der fri leg og fluebinding og man kan binde præcis den flue man har lyst til.

Arrangementet er primært for folk der har erfaring med fluebinderi i forvejen, men alle er velkomne, også hvis man drømmer om at komme i gang med fluebinding. Roskilde og Omegns Lystfiskerklub stiller med tre fluebindeinstruktører som er klar til at hjælpe nye i gang. Der vil også være mulighed for at låne fluestik og materialer, hvis man ikke har sit eget med.

Gordon vil også medbringe en masse forskellige sjove bindematerialer alle kan prøve, bl.a. fra kanin, skarv, krage og pibeand som han selv har skudt for derefter at gemme skind og fjer.

Herslev Bryghus and the owners and founders of Pure Dansk, Astrid and Malene, invite you to a lecture and a communal meal, and the theme is legumes, in which Pure Dansk are uncrowned world champions.

Delicious with Danish organic legumes
We start the evening with a lecture. Astrid and Malene Søgaard from Pure Dansk show the way to a greener plate with more local organic legumes. When we need to change our eating habits for both health and climate, it makes sense to enjoy the raw materials that farmers already grow in Danish fields.

Hear about the journey of legumes and get inspiration for how to create better taste experiences with Danish lentils, peas and beans.

Friday, April 4th

This evening we will be visited by the developers and owners of the
popular board game "Partners", Thomas and Marie Bisgaard, who have promised
to hold a Herslev tournament. They have hosted the Danish Championship in recent years and
guides both experienced and new players through the game. Everyone is welcome at 5 pm, 1st round
starts at 5:30 PM and we will end with a winner announcement at 9:30 PM. There is the possibility
to buy the dish of the day along the way.

Yoga at Herslev Brewery

Herslev Brewery opens its doors for a lovely hour with a yoga instructor. Weather permitting, it will take place outdoors with a view of the brewery's fields, or we will be indoors. The class is for all levels and includes a mix of balance, strength, flexibility and cooperation exercises - and along the way, the brewery's facilities will be used in fun ways.

Saint Hans - tradition and community
Once again this year we invite you to a long table dinner family style and coziness on Midsummer's Eve with delicious summer food and taps full of fresh natural beer. We fill the courtyard and the old barn with tables/benches for a wonderful evening in each other's company and the beautiful nature of Fjordlandet around us.
Our lovely natural beer is available from 16 taps. Delicious juices and sodas are also available.

The menu is composed of seasonal ingredients and lots of love and whimsy. We start with some savory snacks, fill the long tables with colorful summer dishes and end with a delicious dessert.

The bar and fields are open from 3 pm if you want to enjoy a beer before dinner.

Along the way, we sing a few lovely summer songs.

Saturday, September 27th

As is tradition, we are holding Oktoberfest at Herslev Bryghus. We will fill our bellies with traditional German food and toast to the good beer from the farm. On the occasion of Oktoberfest, there will be more German origins in the beer, but also classics from Herslev Bryghus.
No party is complete without music and dancing. We'll be setting up a dance floor and chain dancing and hope you'll help create a great atmosphere.

There will be live musical entertainment
So, find your best Tyrolean clothes and join the party. You are welcome to bring your own beer mug or borrow one from us.

Open bar and free food 675 kr.
We start at 5 pm and end at 11 pm.

Additional purchase: bus ticket (from Herslev Bryghus to Roskilde st. at 11:00 PM)
