Our menu follows the changing seasons, with the best local ingredients at the center. Green dishes and freshly harvested vegetables play the main role, while meat is used with care, so you can enjoy both the taste and sustainability of the food. We also offer a wide variety of beers - 16 taps with freshly brewed beer directly from the brewery, ready to match any taste experience. Our wait staff is ready to guide you through the menu and the many unique beers, so that every sip and every bite reflects Herslev's dedication to quality and nature.
