Wheat beer

Herslev Bryghus' Organic Wheat Beer is sunny yellow, silky and fruity – with gentle acidity and a creamy head. Half barley malt and half wheat malt of the best organic quality are used.

A good wheat beer should be full-bodied and rich, with a silky texture and creamy head — yet fresh. In our version, a light acidity cuts through the softness and creates a nuanced experience; fruity and velvety.

Our Organic Wheat Beer is a great favorite for the Danish lunch table – preferably with open sandwiches. But also enjoy our refreshing Wheat Beer with light fish and green salads. Brewed according to the traditional South German method. Unfiltered. The special characteristic yeast flavor and the creamy mouthfeel are evident.
