20th anniversary brew brewed in the traditions of the classic star brew, but with a higher percentage and fresh live yeast from White Labs and added barrel-aged beer from 2021. Quality and good craftsmanship.

in Herslev. Every single day the yeast has worked
for the good beer. Always alive, before, now and in
the future. Right in the middle of our Danish nature.

ANNIVERSARY STAR BRIDGE
More Herslev, more of everything, just stronger.
Trappist beer with the darkness of winter and the malt
depth in interaction with the Belgian yeast, which
gives notes of dark fruits. Balanced hops
and discreetly spiced with star anise and coriander.
