Pilsner (barrel, 20 liters)

Single malt, single hop pilsner on Herslev malt and organic Magnum hops. Clarity in appearance and taste. A pilsner should be easy to wash down, with a strong hop bitterness and malt body. Malt body is not a word you associate with pilsner, because it sounds heavy. But malt body creates the essential balance, so that the beer slides right down, even when the hops and flavor are strong. The barley malt from our fields + organic Magnum hops + yeast + our local water
