Sour Cherry Blend

Local cherries and wild-fermented hay beer come together in this bottle, which is a blend of three different casks: a whiskey cask and two red wine casks, one of which was previously used to store microflora from the garden. All this deliciousness of microculture sits in the wood, influencing the aging process, so expect the nuances of our award-winning cherry sour beer, fermented to a higher alcohol percentage, and with a clear, golden red color that looks stunning in a tall glass. The tart cherries make this brew the perfect partner for Italian desserts, such as almond cake and panna cotta, but it is also beautiful on its own as an aperitif.
