Terms of purchase for tickets to Herslev Bryghus events
Since errors may occur, you must always check that the date, time and event name on your ticket are correct.
Terms of purchase for goods and gift cards
The costumer must check the content of the shopping basket to ascertain that it correponds to the selected goods
If the costumers wishes to make changes to an order before confirming and going through with the payment, they must click on the “shopping basket” icon.
Please note that as soon as the order has been placed and the payment has been accepted, the order is binding
Payment for ticket/tickets and gift cards is completed immediately with the entered card information upon finalizing the purchase.
We deliver to all of Denmark and selected countries in the EU using PostNord as courier. Our estimated time of delivery is 1-3 days after the order has been placed. Special orders may have longer deliveries. This may apply if the order e.g. contains a large number of products, or certain products are out of stock. Please not that if your order contains a product that is out of stock, you may cancel your order at any time.
Purchased tickets are non-refundable
For products and gift certificates you have a right to cancel within 14 days of making the purchase and have your money back on the following conditions:
The product must be packaged securely and returned in the same condition and number it was received.
The Danish law of consumer rights does not apply if you have broken the product seal.
Refunds of the paid amount will be issued to the credit card entered when the purchase was made.
Refunds will be issued as fast as possible after we have received the product and checked that it lives up to the conditions stated above
Compensations for lost tickets
We cannot compensate you for lost tickets, but if you are unable to find your tickets we can however e-mail them to you again.
Copying and reselling tickets
All tickets have individual numbers of identification referring to the specific event. It is strongly prohibited and considered fraud to copy a ticket with the intention of using admitting extra. All attempts at this will be reported to the police. Please note that the first ticketholder to arrive will be the one who is admitted.
Ticket resale is allowed according to current laws and regulations. Please note that resale at a higher price than the one stated on the ticket is not allowed
Changing the date of an event
Should we find it necessary to change the date of an event, we will notify you within 72 hours of your ticket purchase. If you are notified at any later time, you can cancel the purchase and have the paid amount refunded to your card. Should you wish to cancel your purchase, please notify us immediately upon learning of the change of dates.
Cancellation of events
If an event is cancelled, the ticket price will be compensated or you can choose another event at the same rate.

Errors and omissions
Herslev Bryghus cannot be held accountable for errors and omissions in prices and descriptions.
Herslev Bryghus handles personal data according to the GDPR. We will only contact you by SMS or e-mail with information on events that you hold tickets for.
We would be happy to inform you of our activities and new products, and therefore we offer you the chance to sign up for our newsletter.
Data connected to your person will never be made available to other parties or placed in external registers of any kind.
Credit card information
When you shop at Herslev Bryghus, your card information is handled by Clearhaus, a secure payment solution for Visa, MasterCard/Eurocard. All card infornation is handled in accordance with the regulations of the card associations.
