Wheat Wine 2020 from Herslev Bryghus combines the intensity of the grain wine tradition with the silky character of a great wheat beer. With the pleasant mildness of Perle hops, this a strong brew with a relatively low bitterness, exploring the richness and fruitiness of wheat in a bottle that will only grow rounder with age. Brewed with our organic malts, this is a golden smooth liquid that deserves to be enjoyed on its own for its purity of flavours, or with no-nonsense dishes such as sourdough bread with quality charcuterie.
